Robert Kenneth Meyer (May 27, 1932 – May 6, 2009) was an American logician and Professor Emeritus at the Australian National University. He initially trained to be a minister at the Union Congregational Church, graduating from the Princeton Theological Seminary in 1956. He then pursued graduate studies in philosophy and logic at the University of Pittsburgh. In 1974, Meyer moved to Australia and joined the Australian National University. His academic work focused on the semantics of relevant logic. He was also known for his unconventional roles, including being the Maximum Leader for the Logicians Liberation League, for which he drafted a manifesto.
